Insuring a Aston Martin
British grand tourers where craftsmanship and value come together. We insure your Aston Martin at agreed or purchase value, with repairs at your own authorised brand dealer.
You do not insure a Aston Martin like any other car
The value, the parts and the theft risk are different. That is why we tailor the policy to your model, specification and use.

What customers ask us most often

All questions →Why a specialist insurance policy for my sports car?
A standard car insurance policy works with the current market value and standard depreciation. With a sports car or classic, the real value often develops differently – sometimes it even rises. A specialist policy works with an appraised or agreed value, a repairer of your choice and cover that suits how you use the car.
What is a valuation report and do I need one?
A valuation report records the value of your car, as assessed by a certified valuer. If the insurer accepts the report under article 7:960 of the Dutch Civil Code (BW), that value applies in the event of a total loss or theft and you will not have to prove anything afterwards. Such a report is usually valid for 36 months. We always recommend one for classic cars and cars that are rising in value.
What does a purchase-value or fixed-value arrangement mean?
With a new car, the insurer pays out the purchase value rather than the current market value during the first few years. How long this applies varies by insurer. With a fixed-value arrangement, an agreed amount applies, often based on a valuation report.
Is a tracking system mandatory?
Above a certain list price, insurers require an approved tracking system. The threshold and the required class vary by insurer and by make. We will tell you in advance what applies to your car and can arrange the installation for you.
